Simulate a Hyrox competition and go through all stations.

Eight minutes warm-up, followed by 3:30 minute per station, and 90 seconds break inbetween.

The class will be with max. 48 athletes, divided into groups from A to H. Select your group when booking your spot.

Each group will start on a different station.
